Chileda Shine Mental Health Services

Services are provided in a safe, confidential, and effective way in either an office setting, in the schools or in the client homes. We serve clients across the lifespan who are struggling from anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorder, parent-child difficulties and other challenges. We see clients for who they are not their diagnoses. Therapists are certified in Tele Mental Health Counseling, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and trained in several other evidence-based techniques.
