Chileda Shine Occupational Therapy (OT) works with children and families to foster growth in a fun, engaging, and purposeful way. We support infants to young adults in developing tools to live their
most independent lives—at home, at school, and in the community. Through self-regulation strategies and skill-building, we encourage independence in daily life. Our therapy sessions focus on meaningful activities that help children improve performance and participation in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
