Ext. 234 Ray is Chileda’s Director of Human Resources and has been with Chileda since 1974. A graduate of University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, he has 27 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. His professional development includes advanced human resources certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. His strong background in developmental disabilities combined with experience in employment law and supervision assures that Chileda will recruit and hire competent, compassionate employees who will embrace our stated mission: "All children and young adults who receive support from Chileda will develop skills in functional adaptive behaviors that lead toward successful community involvement." In his role at Chileda, Ray is primarily involved in staff recruitment, hiring and retention, in addition to development and implementation of employment policies. |
