Chileda engages a highly trained professional staff to support its stated commitment to its population of children and young adults with developmental disabilities. We have over 150 people on our team, each with diverse educational backgrounds and life experiences. To assure that our staff provides the care and guidance necessary to help the Children of Chileda attain their fullest potential, they are licensed or certified as required by state and federal regulations.

At every level, our staff is committed to offering new approaches to the daily care, program, and leisure activities offered to those who live with us. Through ongoing education in the areas of developmental disabilities, communication, psychology, management, computer skills, and other disciplines, our staff develop the tools they need to provide the very best care possible for each child.

We are very fortunate to attract some of the brightest people in our industry to work for us...and to care for the kids that call Chileda home. The talents of our staff are exceeded only by their enthusiasm and commitment to the kids. Many of our staff members have been with Chileda over 15 years, a testament to their dedication and belief in Chileda's mission ‚ and each child's potential to succeed.
